Tasting
Appearance: Deep ruby‑red colour with bright highlights, clear and expressive.
Nose: Delicate and complex bouquet, with aromas of ripe red fruits (cherry, raspberry), fresh floral hints (peony, violet), and subtle notes of soft spices and forest floor, reflecting the character of this Premier Cru.
Palate: Silky onset with well‑balanced structure, fine and precise tannins, a pleasing tension, and layered flavours of red fruit, gentle spices and a hint of minerality.
Food & Wine Pairing: Lovely with refined dishes like herb‑roasted poultry, veal with light sauce, venison stew, or with aged cheeses
