Description
Château Dassault, a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé, has belonged to the Dassault family since the 1950s. Located on the north-western slope of the appellation, the estate benefits from a diverse combination of clay, limestone, and gravel soils, ideal for expressing Merlot and other Bordeaux grape varieties.
Considered a remarkable Bordeaux vintage, it is a wine that is both rich, structured, and elegant. Château Dassault embodies a style that is accessible yet precise, combining ripe fruit, refined tannins, and excellent aging potential.
