Description
Founded in 1692, Domaine de l'Oratoire Saint-Martin is one of the benchmark estates of the Cairanne appellation in the Southern Rhône Valley. Today farmed organically and biodynamically, the estate cultivates old vines on limestone-rich clay soils, producing wines of remarkable purity, freshness and elegance.
Haut Coustias Blanc is the estate's flagship single-vineyard white wine. Produced from a south-facing hillside planted with 70 to 90-year-old vines, it is made from Roussanne, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc and Clairette. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in demi-muids, concrete eggs and tanks, it is a gastronomic white wine combining richness, minerality and outstanding ageing potential.

Food Pairing: Perfect with lobster, crab, scallops, premium fish, Thai curry, porcini risotto, creamy poultry dishes and washed-rind cheeses.
