Description
Aliança is a traditional Portuguese house from the Bairrada region, known for wines and long-aged wine brandies.
The Aliança XO 10 Years is a matured brandy distilled using the Charentais method (double distillation) and aged for at least 10 years in a mix of French, American and Portuguese oak barrels.
Tasting
Appearance : Bright amber robe with golden reflections.
Nose : Aromas of dried fruit, candied fruit, hints of almond and hazelnut.
Palate : Smooth and balanced, with a gentle dryness and pleasant finish.
Food Pairing & Use : Best enjoyed neat as a digestif, or with a light cigar or toasted nuts.
Serving Temperature : Around 20 °C.
