Description
The House of Billecart‑Salmon was founded in 1818 in Mareuil‑sur‑Aÿ and remains one of the few great Champagne houses that is still family-owned and independent, now run by the seventh generation of the same family.
The Le Rosé cuvée is one of the house’s most iconic rosé champagnes, renowned for its balance, finesse and elegance. It reflects Billecart‑Salmon’s delicate and harmonious style through a meticulous blend of Champagne grape varieties and precise winemaking, combining vibrant freshness with aromatic richness.

Appearance: Bright pale pink colour with golden highlights, featuring very fine bubbles and a persistent, elegant, and luminous mousse.
Nose: Subtle and indulgent aromas of red berries (wild strawberry, raspberry), citrus zest and delicate floral nuances, offering a refined and delicate freshness.
Palate: The palate is precise, elegant and fresh, with intense fruity flavours (fresh red berries) and a smooth, harmonious texture, followed by a slightly raspberry-toned and persistent finish.
Food pairing: This rosé Champagne pairs beautifully with aperitifs, seafood, wild salmon, langoustine carpaccio, or red fruit-based desserts.
