Adamus Organic Dry Gin

History

Adamus is a super premium gin made by hand in Portugal. In the search for excellence, we dedicated ourselves to finding the most exceptional organic botanicals in Portuguese territory for their production.

After meticulous distillations, laboratory tests, and remarkable research into the 86 botanicals submitted to the test, we selected the 18 best to compose this premium gin with a sublime spirit.

This is the first gin in the world in which one of the botanicals is the berry grape variety typical of the Bairrada area, a small region of Portugal, giving this drink a delicate and fruity flavor.

Aroma: Fresh and exuberant, with pronounced notes of flowers, citrus fruits, and red berries, highlighting sage, hibiscus, and ripe grapes.
Taste: On the palate, notes of fresh juniper, cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger come to the fore, offering persistence, depth, and perfect harmony.
Appearance: Clear and crystalline.
Color: Colorless.
